Refunds and Exchanges

We are committed to provide our customers with an exceptional experience in Customer Service, Product Quality & Effeciency.

Kryolan is not able to provide a refund due to change of mind, incorrect product or colour selection so please choose carefully at the time of purchase. 

We have a friendly team of Pro-Artists on hand to help you with any of your make-up needs, so if you are unsure about a product and/or colour please call us, visit one of our stores or pop into your local stockist for assistance. A list of our stockist and store locations can be found online.

Please note that a refund or exchange can be processed if;

  •  The product is damaged or faulty;
  •  Is deemed to be unsafe;
  •  The product description is significantly different from the sample of description provided

If you have purchased tools or equipment, kryolan may endeavour to repair the issue within a reasonable amount of time. If we are unable to repair, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement.

Kryolan supplies to a vareity of Make-up Schools, Salons and Third Party Suppliers therefore if you purchase a Kryolan product from another retailer please contact them directly to discuss your refund or exchange.

To return or exchange a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase within a 6 month period from the original date of purchase. A return or exchange make take up to 10 working days to be processed.
